I don't use rumble.... no haptic feed back is needed for me..... sound and picture is good enough for me for immersion. I don't need to feel being shot, hit, feel the objects I encounter, feel every footstep I make, or have the controller tell me through touch that I'm crouching when I know I'm crouching....same for running... etc
For me haptics is a distraction and not needed....

as long as I can turn it off and it doesnt affect gameplay... I'm...

Never liked rumble so I always turn it off. Turning off rumble does not affect my gameplay or immersion.

My fear is Next Gen Games will become dependent on haptic feed back. I hope the controller will be useable and comfortable when in use with haptic feed back turned off. I hope games will be just as playable with haptics off as it will be for those who leave it on.

Please Sony and Gaming community give players choice don't force it.

I know what you're thinking. 'Did he fire six shots or only five'? Well to tell you the truth, in all this excitement, i kind of lost track myself. But being that this is a Eriana's Vow, the most powerful handgun in the world, and would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question⁷: 'Do I feel lucky?' Well do ya, punk?

Hmm... Google early beta tested and got favorable results from testers..... I'm sure Google improved since. As far as lag will really be on the ISP not Google....

Think about it ...home console has to process then send to server then redistribute back to a bunch of other consoles who the reciever and send back.

Google Stadia is like playing local co-OP and just sending video and sound and home just sending controller info.
We are all playin...

Actual I'm still waiting for a true no lobby necessary just join in with your
faction/group/whatever naming scheme that plays smoothly like destiny. Destiny was advertised to be single player or you can just join with someone already on the battlefield.

Turned out just limited to small specific area and wasn't a significant feature in the game. Mostly just normal lobbies and raiding and matchmaking was either non existant or not implemented as cleaning as...

I'm pretty sure cable/phone/cell companies will ruin game streaming before Google or some other media/game company.

Magic the gathering the card game is more like comic books and graphic art sales than loot boxes. Magic the gathering the Company does not make any money of card trades and resale only in the initial sale.

There is no favoritism like in lootboxes esp ones who pay money. In magic gathering the card game you are buying an unknown deck but everyone has that disadvantage. If you buy resale cards knowing what they are you are gaining an advantage but the company isn't direct...

I like to look at it as "Calm before the Storm".

I think Sony is not insulting our intelligence in regards to not battering us with useless information or over hyping the PS5

SONY'S preparing carefully while making sure everyone at Sony is on the same page so they don't make the same mistakes that happen to Sony with the PS3 launch.

Probably don't want to make the same mistake that Microsoft did at launch with t...

Streaming game services only work if quality of the games is at par or better than what is currently available.

So far all streaming game services have not been on par in quality including PS Now. Stadia is the first streaming game service that offers 4k gaming and HDR with the server side offering better than current gen graphics.

It's a little easier to swallow the cost of a streaming game service when your not overly compromising.

Also Zen2 and Navi that Sony and Xbox are using support PCI 4.0 64 GB/s Bandwith. That's double the bandwidth of most PCs which are still on PCI 3.0. (32 GB/s)

Also PCI 4.0 specification also brings a new external connection called OCuLink version 2 will have up to 16 GT/s which is 8 GB/s bandwith. In comparison Thunderbolt 3 is 5 GB/s.

Whether Sony or Xbox support the new super fast external connect/port remains to be seen. Otherwise we are stuck w...

Stadia's only issue really is the data caps and pricing of internet companies.

It would take consoles about 4 to 5 years before the value is positive compared to Stadia.

It's not Google that could potentially put the nail in the coffin for streamed gaming but the companies controlling the internet

Google already tested it works fine.... Also Some people don't have hundreds of dollars just to get started with little to no games to start (if PS5 is bundled with a game or not)

Let's say Sony matches Microsoft and Charges $500 for PS5 and then over the next 2 years a person buys 5 games and I will be conservative and say the games average $45 (some first release some deals). That's $450 dollars on top of the $500. Then add $60x2 for PS Plus we Have $500+$450...

I believe their most powerful Zen2 cpu tops out at 105w but not sure about the GPU rumors has it that there will be 2 offerings one TDP 180 watts and a lower mid range card running a TDP around 150 watts. The wattage will still be higher than Nvidia the speed per watt increase over older cards is 1.5x or 50% faster per watt which is really great. Also the Navi GPU is PCI 4.0 and uses GDDR6 memory so that means more bandwidth and PCI lanes so probable going to counter some of the power sa...

I didn't like when they took buying extra ammo away..... Who builds weapons that you can't create ammo for? Who builds weapons that rely on the enemy to resupply their weapons.... And advance intelligent creatures that can travel through space and/or time should be able to figure out that Earth is using their dead as resources and would have quickly found ways to exploit that HUGE weakness........

We didn't have this problem in Destiny 1 when ammo was available ...

Movies based on video games sort of get a bad rap

That's only because most movies adapted from a game is not granted the huge funding that comic book companies are enjoying right now.....

Just Cause movie could suffer from comparisons of movies that had big actions sequences with a main character that has charm could be difficult to make (Feel like a John Wick film with the main character personality change and more destruction). Most notable movie...

Wow people in this country don't know squat about economics

It has nothing to do with minimum wage. Cost of living was already rising long before the minimum wage hike.

Cost of food, housing, gas, etc...
Most low wage jobs were already paying $9-$10 hr already because nobody was taking the job especially in city where crappy apts are 50% of their wage or more and long commutes don't make sense and I live in a Republican controlled state ...

PS4 pro could be the base model and ps5 be main but it wouldn't play native ps5 games and supporting 2 systems is difficult for developers as they already have other hardware from other companies they probably would rather spend resources on

Also the PS5 will have more Memory than old ps4 pro. Even if Sony kept the old hardware in the PS4 they would still need to bump the memory to make to match the PS5 to make it easier on developers

The base mode...
