The latest update to the popular game Call of Duty includes a variety of bug fixes, gameplay adjustments, and new features across the game’s various modes. A new map called Himmelmatt Expo has been added in the multiplayer mode, along with new modes like Drop Zone, One in the Chamber, and All or Nothing. Ranked Play has received some quality-of-life improvements, and a new weapon tuning restriction has been added.
Several quality-of-life improvements have been made in the Warzone mode, such as increased navigation ping size and improved killstreak availability.
What Comes With the March 15 Update for Call of Duty MW2 and Warzone?
The update includes changes specific to the Ashika Island and DMZ maps. In Ashika Island’s Resurgence mode, redeployment drones and Search & Seizure Contracts have been added, while the final circles in the north-western section of the map have been temporarily disabled. In DMZ, new variations to infiltration and exfiltration points have been added, and Building 21 Access Cards now have updated usage requirements.
Additionally, the Light Helo has been disabled in Solos mode to promote a fair and balanced experience. More Contracts will be revealed throughout the match to increase their availability in later circles. A Kit Select has been added to the Atomgrad Raid Episode, and improvements have been made to better spread the Buy Stations more evenly throughout the map.
Several bug fixes have also been made across the game’s various modes, including issues with player movement control, player reports, and Dev Error 6146. The update also introduces a new DMZ Combat Records feature that launches with Season 02 Reloaded but does not aggregate previous game history.
Overall, the update offers a variety of improvements and additions across Call of Duty’s various modes, along with bug fixes to improve player experience.
