Not really seeing that PC gamers will have to wait years to get those games, this might only affect Sony if they put first party AAA exclusives day one which I don't think they will.
Or MS can give non MS players are reason to own an xbox, the Switch is outselling the xbox one, S and X. So I don't understand why xbox fanboys are so hyped for the xseries being the most powerful console since the xbox x already is and that didn't change MS's position.
You are right this is why it kind of bothers me a delay would have been another month or two not almost a year.

Enjoy last gen games on your new xseries, developers have already confirmed that MS's mandate will force them to make game design decisions based on the xbox one's limitations. Don't be surprised if some third party developers choose to skip MS's console all together if this ends up being true. Also how many new Ip's has MS had this generation? I rest my case.
Brah Nintendo has been skipping E3 for years now and the Switch is killing the xbox one, Sony leaving just means they will be at other shows. It may also mean they bring back PSX which IMO was better than sharing the stage with MS, EA, Ubi, etc. unless you just want the MS vs Sony nonsense there is no reason why this should even matter as long as they have their own show.

You people are crazy the Witcher 3 is not the same game on the Switch as it is on a high end PC, fundamentally many concessions will be made to game design if MS wants to continue to support the xbox one as they have stated hamstringing the xseries. Yes the Wii won the sales war but a lot of the people that bought the system weren't necessarily gamers as it's evident from the WiiU sales since many previous owners didn't even know what the WiiU was.
You can make an argument that E3 is only relevant because most major publishers show up, but Nintendo prove that you don't have to be there. Sony pulling out in favor of their own show like PSX would greatly diminish E3. More and more publishers are choosing the latter with Nintendo, EA and now Sony doing their own thing.
How cool who it had been to see Aztec warfare? Norse mythology has been done, feudal Japan has been done, ancient Egypt done, ancient Rome done. The Aztec culture was very war driven so it puzzles me that nobody has ever even come up with this concept.
My skepticism isn't coming from the studios themselves some of them have done a good job my problem is with MS allowing them creative control time will tell we shall see. Unlike other people on here I'm willing to be open minded about MS but they have along way to go to convince me to buy a console from them. Given how this generation has gone I will wait and see if any of these studios create something special worth getting an xseries.
More studios doesn't necessarily mean quality games, MS is playing catch up and the only certainty is that MS will have more games. How good they will be well that's a whole other story, there are only two studios I truly believe in Obsidian & Ninja Theory everyone else I would wait and see.
The rumor is that the other game GG is working on for Sony is SOCOM. The first team is working on Horizon Zero Dawn 2. Take it with a grain of salt since it's a rumor.
