If that forum user really worked for Harmonix, I would be really concerned about the quality of their employees, as that one couldn't even spell the name of their employer correctly. I think it's more likely that he's a Nigerian prince with a lot of money to lend.
Yes. Einhander needs to get on the PSN store immediately. I feel like I'm constantly repeating myself.
Diacy, I understand where you're going with that (despite your obvious icon being extremely obvious). I have a library of PS2 games that will not get either a PSN store or HD treatment, seeing how the PS1 games in the PSN US store are severely lacking (see my above comment on Einhander).
However, I also agree with Megatron - I put in SotC on a smaller HDTV, and it's really hard to even play it the way it looks.
The problem here is that less popular...
Okay, but Einhander was PS1, there won't be any remastering there. Meaning that they could just... what's that again... I forgot... oh yeah,
PUT IT ON THE US PSN STORE NOW!!!
Seriously. It's been on the Japan store forever. Space Invaders: Infinity Gene came with a free shmup in Japan, skyrocketing Einhander back to the top of the list for a little bit.
Now, this really wouldn't matter if I could have 2 accounts on a PS...
Come on, Atlus! If I was able to see more about what the gameplay actually was, I'd be content at the moment with this team leaving Persona for a while. But I'm not. I'm seeing girly pictures. The sheer mention of the Persona team makes me want P5 more, so at least there's that...
"One went on to be massively successful, moving an estimated 2,652,560 units worldwide, spawning four DLC packs in its wake; the other will probably end up a cult gem, gone but not forgotten, along with its friends Beyond Good and Evil, Psychonauts and Mirror’s Edge."
Um, no. BG&E went where other games didn't; while it did mimic Zelda control-wise, the rules were set more for stealth, and the style, story, characters, and just overall personality the game ...
You have some pretty cool suggestions for the game, GodMars. They were probably considering stuff like that from the outset, but when they were presented with the task of creating an entire graphics engine instead of using another one, they lost a good amount of funding for creative staff to fund grunt-work engine programming that might not have been such a good idea in the first place. Square has been the great innovator in graphics on past systems, but this time around, it's just too ...
I know I'm probably going to be the only one posting something about this, but I'm really psyched for the Soldner-X2 expansion! The sequel was so much better than the first, but it lacked a proper end-game. Can't wait to try that out.
*emits a Wilhelm Scream*
I don't know if you've seen my previous comments, but over all the Holiday releases out there, I want this game. I didn't get to play CE on a capable system (the iPod/iPhone version doesn't even count as a version of the game due to the awful controls), and this looks freaking amazing. Cannot wait to get this on PSN.
Thanks, fermcr11! Major bubs.
On a side note, why would a login-required story be approved here? If we can't access it, why is there a link at all? It's because of people who take one for the team like fermcr11 that the majority of us are able to see it without distributing our info where we don't want it.
I'd like to see Auditorium make its way onto the store! It looks interesting from the previews.
Hey, I've got no problem with dedicated fans of something that are much, much more retentive of information than I. Glad to see he got some set-in-stone recognition and not just a PR letter or something.
Maybe some gamers actually care about the quality of the combat mechanics, even the slightest bit of innovation that makes you think just a bit differently, and enough content to make you come back to the game a second time. Just maybe. That would be a wonderful reason why no one picked up Enslaved.
Ninja Theory better listen up for their DmC remake. If the gameplay's anything like Enslaved, it'll be "Devil May Snooze," followed by "Gamers Won'...
This is the missing point in the argument. They're not addressing us as an audience, and that's the marketing team's intention. What they are doing is selling it to moms. We're not big on Ellen or Oprah here, this isn't N4Moms, "What They Play," or the official Martha Stewart fan club, so we're not interested.
In short, yes, you can, but to marketing execs, it really doesn't matter. No one's going to convince me to read Twilight, ...

I made mine a 320 about 3 years ago. Even then it was only $75 for the HDD. Haven't had to worry about storage space ever since.
@drtyepic
In the second article I mentioned, the whole "It's gonna be awesome with Kinect" thing is addressed after a gameplay session with both: if you like a theme-park esque music video ride, it's for you, and it'll be fun. If you like one of my favorite games of all time, Rez, and having precise controls that do what you want them to do, use a controller.
Wait, why are we talking about any type of motion control as if it's the main reason why Child of Eden exists? Mizuguchi says right here (edit: Pedrami91 pointed this out below earlier, albeit without the source) that this game wasn't created with Kinect in mind - it wasn't the "lead platform."

I like to see what he has to say, especially about a game that I like. He obviously enjoys gaming enough to stick around and do weekly reviews, but he loves pointing out the negative - it's kinda his shtick. If he really likes a game, you'll get the idea that he mildly enjoys playing it on ZP.
You do have to take his reviews for what they are - definitely a personal opinion. He has genres that he can't stand (JRPG) and genres that he plays all the time, albeit ...
It's profit-and-loss, CG. Naughty Bear obviously didn't have much money poured into it - otherwise they'd have hired a few staff members that stepped back before release and said "You know, this isn't a good game at all. Let's do some actual work on it." So, a few unassuming kids buy the game, and they make their money back.
Ninja Theory, on the other hand, pours huge amounts of money into stuff like voice acting, writing, all that cinematic s...
