A Major Order requires us to liberate a certain planet, to protect the production of Exosuits. Read on to see how to liberate Tien Kwan in Helldivers 2.

The gameplay of Helldivers 2 revolves around doing missions and completing operations. The galaxy is attacked from two sides (for now), and on the Galactic War table, you can see which planets are under attack and need liberation, and which ones are safe. When you pick a planet, you can choose the type of missions you’ll embark on, based on what’s available at the moment. Being successful in them will contribute to the war effort and the liberation of the chosen planet. Tien Kwan is a planet that is under attack by The Automatons, and the current Major Order is to protect it. Let’s see how to liberate Tien Kwan in Helldivers 2.

How to Liberate Tien Kwan in Helldivers 2 Major Order

You can liberate Tien Kwan as any other planet in Helldivers 2 by completing missions. Every time you successfully finish a whole operation, you contribute to the liberation of the planet. As we understood, each mission on the planet gives 0.0001% liberation. For example, if the whole operation has three missions in it, then the final liberation contribution should be 0.0003%. A completed one-mission operation gives you 0.0001%, so Helldivers on every difficulty are contributing to the war effort.

Tien Kwan is on the Automaton side of the galaxy, so missions on it are all Automaton-themed. From neutralizing transmission antennas and destroying fuel and munition stockpiles to sabotaging airbases and destroying command bunkers.

Update: Tien Kwan Has Been Liberated

Just a few minutes ago, the factory world of Tien Kwan was successfully liberated. Now, all Helldivers have access to EXO-45 Patriot Exosuits.

HELLDIVERS 2 – Pre-Purchase – Super Citizen Edition – PC [Online Game Code]
  • BECOME A LEGEND – You will be assembled into squads of up to four Helldivers and assigned strategic missions. Watch each other’s back – friendly fire is an unfortunate certainty of war, but victory without teamwork is impossible.
  • LOADOUTS – Rain down freedom from above, sneak through enemy territory, or grit your teeth and charge head-first into the jaws of combat. How you deliver liberty is your choice; you’ll have access to a wide array of explosive firepower, life-saving armour and battle-changing stratagems… the jewel in every Helldiver’s arsenal.
  • REQUISITION – Super Earth recognises your hard work with valuable Requisition. Use it to access different rewards that benefit you, your squad, your destroyer ship and our overall war effort.
  • THREATS – Everything on every planet wants you dead. That’s what we’re dealing with. Each enemy has distinct and unpredictable characteristics, tactics, and behaviour – but they all fight ferociously and without fear or morality.

Where to Find Tien Kwan

Tien Kwan is located on the left-hand (western) side of the galaxy, in the Theseus Sector. As it is currently a target of a Major Order, it is marked by a Liberation Campaign symbol (crosshairs), both the planet and the sector. You can’t miss it.
