"CGI Tech Demos"? A tech demo is, by definition, not CGI in the context you use the word in, e.g. pre-rendered. A tech demo is always real-time, and everything shown on the press conference was running in real time.
Some gameplay, some in-engine cutscenes, but none of it pre-rendered.
The 360's GPU was more powerful than the Ps3's. That fact alone invalidates most of this article.
How about price, ease of use, low required technical knowledge, support, and it actually being equivalent to a console?
Too much skin for this cosplay, can't say I particularly like it. The photography is great though!
"especially about a game thats already so controversial."
Wouldn't that be exactly why they have to make consumers aware of this? If online reviewers haven't received their review code yet, they can hardly publish a fair review. Any review that is published is derived directly from controversy.
It's a patent, not a product. All it does is prevent others from using the technique. It doesn't mean that Sony will use it. Most companies own countless patents on ideas that are never realized.
lol, RAM isn't everything. High amounts of RAM also have disadvantages.
The only one on that list I actually find attractive is Liara, and Cortana is passable. The rest I don't find attractive at all...
Never said the game _was_ generic, I said it _looked_ generic. There's a distinct difference between the two, and we don't currently know if Fuse _is_ generic because we haven't played it yet.
That's nothing but speculation on your part. There's other forms of Multiplayer than generic co-op and competitive modes. Give the idea a chance, and if it does end up being generic multiplayer, then by all means complain about it.
But don't complain about something you know nothing about.
EA doesn't need to pay Insomniac for them to make generic looking games. They can do that perfectly fine without EA's help.
But that's exactly what I commented on - you're claiming Multiplayer is tacked on without ever having seen it, or even knowing what it's going to be like. There may very well be creative reasons for having Multiplayer in the Last of Us.
You know nothing about it and already assume that multiplayer is in it for appeal?
It's perfectly possible that Naughty Dog just came up with an idea they thought worked really well in a multiplayer environment.
Why is a user-written blogpost at IGN posted as "news" on N4G? This shouldn't even have gotten through the approval stage. More over, the post incorrectly states that an IGN representative wrote this blog post.
It was a charity event. You're really going to hold that against him? That he did something for charity?
And he's also mentioned several times that he understand there are people that hate him. Really man, if you're going to comment attempting to state factual information, at the very least ensure that what you're saying are actual facts.
On top of that, many people have in fact stated that they haven't pledged yet because they haven't...
My thoughts exactly, especially considering I just bought DOA5 a week ago
I love Miyamoto, but he would be terrible at presenting the awards - let's be honest now. If developers were as good at presenting as they were at developing I'd agree with you, but since they aren't, I don't.
I really didn't mind it. It was entertaining, light and fast paced - much better than the drag that is known as the Oscars.
Who the hell wants to watch a bunch of dudes in suits hand over awards one at a time?
Also, the idea of video game developers handing out rewards is rather silly. You need someone with presentation skills, not programming skills, to host an event. So it's either going to be journalists or actors, and I know the event wouldn'...

They'd have to change their entire architecture to go from DDR3 to GDDR5 - it'd take years before they could release the new Xbox if they changed it to match what Ps4 has.
Instead, they'll have to stick with what they have. They may double the RAM, but aside from that there's not much they can change anymore at this point.
