There's a difference between references to the expansion and the expansion being half on the disc. The first is the result of planning, the second is the result of unfinished content - both could easily be used as defense.

That's a fine line to cross - You want money people, but you want money people who know what they're talking about creatively as well. Someone fresh out of business school does not go hand-in-hand with someone who has been working creatively for years.

It's not a porn convention, but that doesn't mean you can't ask such questions to them. There is a word women are very used to using - it's called "No", and these girls didn't use it.
It's rude, but not sexual assault. The girls agree with him doing those things - remember he asks them if they're okay with it - so it is a far cry from sexual harassment or assault.
