A kid's version of sonic the hedgehog? What? Firstly, sonic is for kids, second, there hasn't been a sonic game worth looking at twice for years, so there's nothing that really compares to this game, and finally, ratchet isn't a kid's game. It's just a laid back, lighthearted platformer. A very different experience from the grizzly shooters we normally play nowadays. Anyone who gets this game will enjoy it.

Listen mate, this is going to be an awesome game. I'm quite pleased that they are trying to make each version equal to each other b ecause not only will that reduce flamewars but it means they'll be working to overcome the problems in the systems.

That would be true if it wasn't a sandbox game. You can only use multiple disks on a linear game.
Indeed it does sound like the PS3's problem will be something they can get over when they've learned more about the cell. They may end up just cutting out languages for the 360 version. However, the article clearly states that they are attempting to make each game equal. I just hope some twat doesn't come along and start talking about Ferraris and Volvos...
Urgh unless they sort out these sodding controllers I ain't buying either game. I'm getting bored of Guitar Hero frankly, and the new ones won't be anywhere worth the expense of the controllers. If I reeeaaally get desperate to play Knights of Cydonia, I'll get it on the PS2.
Generally the only difference worth noticing at all is the lighting. The water effects may also be better, but i'd have to see video comparisons.
It'll never be as good as guitar hero.
