There is one crucial rule for self preservation if you are a member of Anonymous: stay anonymous. In Spain, three hackers have failed to do just that, and have been arrested for their attacks on the PSN, banks and several government websites.
European law now dictates that it's legal to resell digital software. How will companies like Valve deal, and when will it get to the U.S??
German band Atari Teenage Riot was recently featured in the "Never Stop Playing" ad campaign for PlayStation Vita - today founding member Alec Empire has announced that all royalties and other money arising from the ad will be donated to a website supporting hacktivist group Anonymous.

It's they're money, if they wanna give it to Anon then it's on them.
"The highly political group, named after the computer used to create its music, has been on the receiving end of more than a little criticism for "selling out" over its inclusion in the ad, particularly given Empire's history with Sony."
Oh, now I see why they did it.
In this new episode: the Bethesda vs Interplay legal drama, the Ocean Marketing debacle, Half Life 3, and Fallout: New Vegas are in the news. The Bearded Gamer takes on SOPA, Sony, and the threatened anonymous attack in his Controller Confessional AND this week's Burning Question.
Judgement day has arrived. Everything must come to end, and I do believe strongly in Karma. It simply means what goes around comes around; and today, it has begun.
Edit: @immediately below: Yeah, not enough time.
2-3 years. Really? The government seriously needs to raise the years these people serve after hacking. Cyber Hacking is getting worse and worse every year so you have to seriously punish these people if they get caught. They should serve 5 - 10 years in a maximum security prison. I bet you they won't hack after that.
i hope they never get out of jail, and i wish they get marry to boyfriends in jail.
2-3 years is way too low try 10 or 20.
I agree with you guys that the sentence should be longer. But don't think that 2-3 years won't humble them. Even that short time can have quite the effect.
Remember, these are probably very weak people physically if you know what I mean. So them being abused in jail even for just one year, let alone two or three can do wonders.
Either way, now they see they aren't invincible and won't do it again when they get out...assuming they even survive.
