I'm curious. When Uncharted came along it definitely put Lara Croft Tomb Raider in her place. I wonder if this will do the same for the Resident Evil series/zombie genre as a whole.

I don't care for Skyrim or that type of RPG, and Uncharted is one of my favorite games this gen, but I still recognize that a lot of people love that Skyrim/Fallout type games. And its warranted, I am sure its a great, well-respected, well-received game. If you don't like a game, then fine. But don't judge everyone who does.

Actually Banshees from Mass Effect 3 for me were no fun either. Everytime I heard one scream, i also cursed a little bit. Not that scary, just tough and can easily overwhelm.

I also can not believe that MGS (pick one, they all have great music) was left off as well.

Some of those are just lazy picks, I would have grouped them together a bit more. I have really enjoyed the Uncharted soundtracks myself.

That was a nice ad for the game...Not that excited myself. When inFamous 1 and Prototype 1 came out, I played both. And personally really enjoyed infamous much more. The character was more relatable, I like the good and evil paths, etc. etc.

For me, Prototype was just kind of boring after a while. It was fun being indestructible, but then the challenge was lost. Also the city was boring and very much the same. And I did not like Alex Mercer very much as a character. The game ...

Not judging the article, because it has good choices. And also not making fun or hating on any of the above posters, but FOR ME I have to say it now

Dom's wife or him in Gears 3 I just did not find sad at all. I don't know why, and I know what they were trying to do. I guess I just did not care about him that much. Same with Marcus's quest for his dad- I did not feel a huge need to go find him or care too much. Maybe I just missed that part of the story.

Thing is Dark Forces and Jedi Knight are kind of under the same category. Its a progression.

So put a new single player KOTOR on there, and you got yourself a pretty good list.

What stinks for me is not the used games exactly, but I like to rent games a lot. There a bunch of games that will get a 6 or 7, and I know they are probably not the best, but I would still like to just play them once (The Force Unleashed or Spiderman games come to mind for me).

With all of these restrictions, just renting a slightly subpar game will now be impossible, or at least not worth the effort.

I don't see much of a critic split myself. Unfortunately all of the reviews I usually look to have given the game about a 5/10 average. Does not look like too much of a split or variation to me.

I would recommend checking a few other sites outside of this one. For most it seems to be sitting under a 6/10.

If I had to rate it, I would go ME1, then 3, then 2. For the "TV show" like structure that he prefers, I disliked it. It only felt like a laundry list of random character collection, and I felt added little to the overall goal of attacking and getting at the Reapers and Collectors.

I kept thinking that myself. But then I just beat it yesterday, and yeah, now I am with everyone else. New ending will be welcome

I have found the Uncharteds to be pretty easy plats as well outside of Crushing difficulty (for some people). But again, I agree with you. They are easy to get because I enjoy playing through the games so much and earning the trophies.

you will be waiting a while. Mass Effect 1 was not published by EA, and therefore will not be releasing on the PS3.

So I just played that on the computer, and have the other 2 for the PS3.

I would love to see an inFAMOUS 3 too, but after the way 2 ended, don't think so.

And Battlefront 3 is an excuse to print money. I agree, I have no idea why that game has not been made yet. One of my favorites for PS2

My roomates would hate me...

Agreed CynicalVision and Ares84. Just got the inFAMOUS 2 platinum, which was just a fun one to get, and soon I am going to go back and get UC3. All I have left is crushing, but going to enjoy it anyway

My big 2 are Dragon Age 2 and Mass Effect 2

haha I bought a gamecube for smash and rogue squadron only myself.

On topic: I chose a PS3 due to the exclusives- I really liked the developers on PS2 and wanted to stick with them and see what could happen on PS3, and some of my favorite games have come from it. But that is me.

I agree with you guys, I would love to have Gears 3 and Alan Wake, and would not mind some Halo or Left 4 Dead either.

But in the end, I made my decision. But recogn...
