You should def play this one, if not the others. And think you should jump in.
Saying that, though, one of my favorite aspects of this series has just been delving into it. Understand about the time, but if you can manage it, would say you should play it makes the games/stories so much better having played the other 2 (even though 2 is just ok). Just a great series overall

Don't know if you got the chance to, but would recommend Spec Ops the Line. Completely surprised me with how great it was, telling a modern war story, but was very deep.

I agree. I would like a new villian/galactic threat that is not the Reapers. Maybe some new undiscovered alien, etc.? I don't know for sure.

Agreed. I would also think that publishers/developers use it as a way to deter people from trading their games in as well, in addition to the extra revenue.
If there is a multiplayer you can keep playing, you would not have to get rid of the game.

Agreed. The problem with Nolan North is, after Uncharted, I feel like everyone wanted him to do his "drake" voice, because of how well that went over, so everyone always hears that voice.
But if given the freedom, I feel he has one of the broadest ranges in voice acting.
Ex. David from the Last of Us.

In addition, while this is speculation, I would think that every game having multiplayer even when it doesn't need it, or wasn't wanted (Uncharted, Assassin's Creed, Bioshock, etc.) has also increased development costs and prices for the games, making it more important for the game to succeed. So that doesn't help anyone.
PS. I did not say that the quality of some of those multiplayers was bad (pleasantly surprised by AssCreed and enjoyed Uncharted's), its...

Watching an interview of him once, and most of the time he said he likes to do and try other voices. It is the directors and team that want the "drake" voice, instead of letting him do something different. And the end result of that is Prince of Persia game.

I've always wanted to see a game called "Imperial Commando." Same squad, etc, but you are elite stormtroopers now and secretly taking down rebels. I always thought that would be awesome.
