Is Batman in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League?

So yeah, Batman is present in SS: KtJL, but not as you would expect. The plot of the game revolves around Brainiac, a supervillain who tries to conquer Earth and does so by brainwashing everyone, Justice League included. So the Batman you meet in the game is not the noble Caped Crusader, but rather a brainwashed killing machine. All of this has sparked some controversies.
