Resources are quite important in any survival game, but some are more important than others. With that in mind, read on to see how to get the much-needed Ore and Ingots in Palworld.
The Palworld player base is growing by the minute. There are even rumors that it surpassed Fortnite in the number of daily active players. Gamers seem to enjoy this combination of Pal-hunting and base building. Speaking of base building, it’s expected that you need various resources and materials to craft new structures. But, some materials are needed for almost anything, from buildings to weapons. One of these are Ingots, made by smelting Ore. So, let’s take a look at how to get Ore and Ingots in Palworld.
How to Get Ore in Palworld?
Ore is simple enough to obtain. Look for large Ore nodes, that have yellow/gold patches, as these only drop Ore when struck. The best location to mine these is the Desolate Church and an area southwest of Fort Ruins, as they have a large amount of Ore nodes. Simply whack them with your Pickaxe and your inventory will fill with Ore.
But, as you need lots and lots of Ore, there is a more efficient method. You can set up another base near these nodes, and assign Pals to do the work for you. You need a Pal with Level 2 Mining Sustainability to mine those nodes, and Pals with Level 2 Transporting Sustainability to carry Ore back to the base. You are free to do something else while your Pals are doing all the work.

How to Make Ingots?
Now that you have gathered a fair amount of Ore, you can turn it into Ingots. To do so, you need to build a Furnace (Level 10 Technology). Remember that you also need a fire-type Pal with Kindling ability, like Foxparks, to work on that Furnace. By putting two Ores into a Furnace, after a little while you will get one Ingot.
