With the Summer Escape event in full swing in Fortnite, players have the chance to win all sorts of cosmetics. But there’s one more such item hitting the servers very soon. Get your summer shirts out and ready, Purradise Meowscles is coming in just about a week. But not everyone is delighted about the feline skin, and the Fortnite fans are split, as usual.
Fortnite Community Reaction to Purradise Meowscles Skin
The summer variant of the Meowscles skin is coming as part of a short Battle Pass. Players will be able to unlock it by completing several challenges to progress. This will be the opportunity to get another Meowscles skin for those who missed the previous versions.
As mentioned, according to FN News’ tweet, Purradise Meowscles will be obtainable in a week at the time of writing. And as expected, the Fortnite community has strong opinions about it.
The reaction to the outfit is divided, with some loving it and others hating it. There seems to be no middle ground. “Worst skin in [Battle Pass]. Can we agree?” comments user Angelz_kid. “I’d be fine if I couldn’t unlock the skin ever.” adds Vic_raptor. In contrast, appropriately named Mr_Meowhem says “I can’t wait to get him, he’s my favorite skin from this season’s Battle Pass.”
Speaking of his unlock date, RyanFares2010 brings up a good point “He might be unlockable two days earlier because in the Fortnite news tab when you log in he is shown and it says Dive into Summer Escape on July 4th at 9 am ET.” However, that might just be confusing the start of the Summer Event and the release of the Meowscles Battle Pass.
