no. devs, from october on, are mandated to have a Pro mode for their games (edit: by that I mean games that are being released from october on, not games released prior to october - it's up to the devs in that case). it's not just making sure they run on both the OG, and Pro PS4.

yes, it would suck if it was only US. yes, i technically got mine day one (day -2, since it arrived on the 8th of November). however, I was out of town until the 14th, and I had it sent to my workplace in order to prevent the package from being sent back, so I didn't get to set it up until the 15th.
