If anything it's the perfect device. Play a bit while your on the go or bored, close the app and come back later. That kind of play will add up very quickly.

Even if it was possible I'm sure most devs. Wouldn't use it they'd probably use the power elsewhere. it probably would be considered a waste when the facial tech we have is pretty good.

It's simple since fighters tend to be a multiplayer affair. By putting the ps3 controller support in their game it means people without an extra ps4 controller use their ps3 controllers which alot of people have.
Honestly being able to play halo 1's multiplayer online for the first time on consoles and halo 2's multiplayer returning for the first time in years. That might sell quite a few consoles to halo fans or anybody who wants to get onboard with the halo games.
I think last of us might sell some consoles to people who own the xbox 360 who didn't want to buy the ps3 late in the 7th generation and have been eyeing the ps4.
Its probably for vita streaming as other games have had a 30 fps cap for it in the past.
Do you know what all three games have in common? Not very many people know about them due to sony not advertising. Plus resistance was not a AAA game, it had a lower level AAA name, but it was no AAA game.

I can understand your concerns, but once developers start getting their engines wrapped around all 8 cores it shouldn't be a problem. Plus if they do have some sort of issues they can just put some code on the gpu as it's can do some cpu grunt work.
That Will be awesome to see. I love some arcade golf games. Now if they could do a new hot shots tennis then I'll be very happy.

Vita's not really getting much support from anybody even sony themselves so they are just one of many devs. Leaving the vita to rot. It's a shame really, but the game they did give to vita owners was of a very high quality when most devs. have botched hd collections on vita.
They've been doing mobile for years now and it didn't hurt the ds/gba/psp. Most of the games that are available on ios are ports of old games with a few games that are exclusives. They also have supported the 3ds and vita so it's not like they've abandoned handhelds all together.
Considering this is ready at dawns first console game since okami on the wii. They've done a wonderful job tech wise.
Of course they play remote play because, let's be honest, it's the only way to play new 1st party sony games on vita at the moment.
It's a shame what fuse became. it looked good in it's original form and a 4 player co-op would be awesome had insomniac kept it's original vision.
In other words "how dare you pay me, pay me more!". This is almost as hilarious as him saying Japanese games suck even though his game was clearly inspired by them.
If it can run on older ios hardware the vita should be able to. The vita runs on a custom chipset that is also in the ipad 3 with the vita running a much lower resolution. With the lower resolution, custom hardware, and better use of the hardware due to greater optimization it should run it just fine.
