Yep there were two different developers ported it The pre sequel was ported by amature and Iron galaxy ported Borderlands 2.
From the sound of the quotes in the article their just talking about how the ds4 is better than the ds3.
Why not have it on a cheap console? What if someone wants vue, but doesn't want to buy a $200+ console? It would be the perfect thing to help the pstv because sony hasn't done much else to help it.
I could see it getting a sequel. This time they have the engine, the gameplay and other things in place. It's just a matter of evolving the gameplay and adding more to it. I haven't played it yet, but from what i've seen it has alot of potential.
I wish sony would just release a psp emulator for both the ps3 or ps4. They've already emulated psp minis. I'd be buying all sorts of psp games to play on them.
Sadly Jak and daxter isn't cross buy. Nor did the port get reviewed well.
It's probably more than likely the publisher decided to screw over people. Ubisoft (and a lot of other publishers) did that alot last year...
I'd agree with warner if they hadn't put out the ps3/xbox 360 port of shadow of mordor. That port was horrible. I feel bad for anybody who bought that half-baked port.
Now that you mention the ps3 (in regards to the vita tv) i wonder why the ps3 can't handle ps4 streaming. It would be awesome XD
You can get a 32 gb memory stick is under $20 or even a 64 for under $30. For less than the price difference you can get double the memory of the premium wii u.
People who are going to buy the new 3ds for xenoblade are buying it purely for portability. Anybody who wants xenoblade can already buy it cheaper than the new 3ds. If anything they would benefit for having it on both consoles and have it be the same price.
According to sony's blog you can transfer saves from the vita/ps3 versions of borderland 2 and the ps3 version of the pre-sequel. As for the separate trophy list i'm not sure.
They have money to loose, theyll actually advertise their platform, probably support micro sd, and if they get multiplayer running well on a cellular network I'd buy it for a mobile halo or forza.
Or all the articles that have claimed kinect's death since they sold the xbox one without it.
@Postedup given sony's vita run this far i doubt gr2 would help it because they simply wouldn't advertise it. If anything it would just hurt the game's potential sales and not help the platform at all. I think it's best to just put it on ps4 as well. People who want to buy it on vita will still buy it on vita.
I don't see why anybody did. They've produced many good games and i don't see sony closing a studio over something they claim "they couldn't prepare for". I would be sad to see them go and i hope they do something with motorstorm. I cant even imagine how good a motorstorm game would look on the drive club tech.
That would make the distance from the analog and the top bumper buttons even farther and some people already have problems with that.
I'd love it if they did. I was really wishing they would have done this to begin with. After playing a game like sonic racing that was a celebration of it's history, not unlike smash bros, I think it's time for Nintendo to do the same with the next mario kart.
Sega would never ever ever release a game that is so blatantly broken! Oh wait http://upload.wikimedia.org...

Yep it's compatible with ps tv. Though i've heard there are some frustrations with using the pointer for the melee attacks.
