Soundshapes is an amazing game and IMO the best for the Vita but you can also experience it on the PS3, same with games like Dragon Fantasy and other PSN titles.

Vita games arent even comparable in size (5-6gb at most?)to a full PS4 game (lets say around 50gb) meaning the time to download a new game could take days for some people and absolutely inaccessable for many others.
Also the portable market is a different beast where DD is more 'wanted' due to the nature of having everything on the system and not having to carry around game cards but a home console doesnt have that issue. I still believe the generation after the PS4, ...
Yet Google Fiber (no matter how glorious it may be) is only available in a very limited market. When Fiber (Google or not, gigabit speeds) is available and affordable enough to the mass majority (say 80% of america) then the digital world for gaming can begin. until then I think the Vita has the right answer, most games are released both digitally and physically giving the players a choice.

How does the PS4 have an 'anti-consumer aspect'? I'm unsure of where you're coming from with that because I felt that everything with the PS4 has been complete fan service and Sony seemingly being humbled during the PS3's atrocious and arrogant launch. no doubt though that since 2008/2009 the PS3 has ruled in terms of delivering the games for the core gamer.

Whats funny is that Microsoft was straight up with their intentions to 'capture the living room' from the beginning and they 'used' gaming to do so, yet so many people are so surprised to see them sort of move onward with incorporating a more balanced entertainment marketing angle this time around.
I saw this coming back when they abandoned their core audience when the moved toward Kinect and everyone kept telling themselves it would be ok.

Wii U is definitely a stupid name lol but i love the system.
yes it does and another awesome feature is the Wii U gamepad is a universal TV remote so it can control your TV and Nintendo's Nintendo TVii service can bring all your streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon instant video) and live TV together in one simple app....pretty cool and less intrusive than Xbox One's set up if you are interested in media features.
