Seriously all of this can be remedied by system updates and he really is over reacting.

This review is just bad.
They complain about the Wii U pro controller not having a jack while avoiding the very existance of wireless technology. The PS3 doesn't have a jack and there is nothing wrong with that...its 2012.
They compare its power to unannounced new PlayStation and Xbox without noting its more powerful than anything out currently and those are a probably a few years off.
They complain about the lack of specs on the console ...

that was default setting but i always used the alternate control method and really never saw a problem....the only genre i could see really suffering is the simulation racing genre which i don't think Nintendo has much claim in.
I'm an American and I believe that many gamers here are shallow and simple minded fools influenced by mass media way too much.
However to generalize so broadly is pretty silly...I could say the same about a lit of populations...it just really is very prevalent in America.

To be fair ESPN is an Xbox exclusive app. Unfortunately but still requires a cable provider so IMO Nintendo TVii will be the best media service to ever grace a console.
I obviously didn't buy a wii u for bops2 ...but I did buy bops2 because it was on wii u lol
