Travis said that online multiplayer was delayed until sometime this autumn. It will be a separate update from this one that is coming out. Anyways, it sucks this was delayed. I love this game, so much fun.

Yeah, I know. Seriously, there is no reason why it shouldn't have trophies. I mean Socom: Confrontation, Dead Space, BioShock, Motorstorm 2, Little Big Planet, and Far Cry 2 all come out either 2 few weeks before this game on the same day and have trophies. Bethesda = LAZY! I am pretty sure it is gonna tank. 3D Realms seem to think that over the ten years, the hype is growing and growing but in all seriousness, 90% of fans like myself have moved on and just don't care anymore.
3D Realms said it was using a heavily modified version of the Doom 3 engine. So...it would have looked really good, like...3 years ago.

I agree that the maps in each booster pack are AMAZING and the best of the bunch, since they are so different but I still think it is a bit pricey. But, whatever, I am a "sucka" and I stil' buy them anyway!

I'll still get it since it is a great game, but I hate how they charge $7.99 for each booster pack when there isn't a whole hell of lot your getting for your money. Each pack is 1 map, 1 vehicle and some layouts for the new map . THAT IS IT FOR 8 BUCKS!! RIP-OFF??? HELL YEAH!
I never played it since I hate PC gaming but my friend said the exact same thing. It was a mediocre game that just looked really, really, really good. He said all it had going for it was the graphics.
It's because of pirating and corporate greed, that everything heads to consoles now. The same reason why many console exclusive games (Final Fantasy, Grand Theft Auto, Devil May Cry 4, BioShock, etc.) all go multi-platform.
Agreed, just what the world needs; another zombie FPS! I'll take Little Big Planet, Fable 2, Banjoo Kazoie, Metal Gear Solid 4, and FF over this trash anyday
