I think the console game industry is too large to be taken over by tablets let alone the fact that consoles offer an experience tablets can't match. The controls and the sheer size of the a big screen TV isn't something a tablet can match.
However, tablets/smart phones are most definitely eating into the handheld market. People that used to play handhelds for short period of times, maybe 20-30 mins at a time is now occupied by browsing the web, texting and trying out ...

Yup, so instead of fixing these problems Team Ninja (what's left of them) leave the problems intact, and proceed to remove what was great about NG. Good call there!!!

I haven't really met many hackers on CoD on the Xbox 360 either. The vast majority of people don't meet these cheaters. Just send these videos to the Xbox Live Enforcement team and they will get swiftly banned.

Team Ninja (what's left of it) didn't just remove features, they butchered what's left until there was nothing of value left. When the game is compared with Dynasty Warrior, you know something terribly went wrong.
What went wrong is Tecmo ousted the one guy that made Tecmo worthwile games, Itagaki!
I cancelled my Collector's Edition pre-order and am very glad I did. This game will hit the bargain bin soon, and I will save my money for other worthwhile games. Right now, Ghost Recon looks pretty darn good!!!
As a fan, I am hugely disappointed and angry at Hayashi!
I pick a site that tends to reflect the scores I would give games and follow them. IGN tends to match my taste pretty well.
I can't afford to buy all the games simply to try it out. It would be nice if I could though....

Considering this should have been part of the game at the outset, not something they try to give you after the fact, I would say it is terrible.
Previous installment of NG had 8 weapons with NO DLC needed. There is no reason why this shouldn't be included straight in the game.

Ninja Gaiden and Dynasty Warrior should never be mentioned in one sentence and sadly, Hayashi has done the impossible. Made an inferior Dynasty Warrior!

The Mile High Club achievement was d@mn hard, but there were only achievements for the Xbox 360. No trophies for the PS3 version as it hadn't quite made it's way to PSN platform yet.
In MW2, the spec-ops mission with the juggernauts was d@mn hard as well. I would hardly call it easy.... Games in general use cheap tricks to make it harder is my experience.
A lot of people also share their legally bought brand new copy with other family members. They aren't able to do that with Online Passes.
Ironically, I cancelled my Collector's Edition after hearing about the downgrades and the resemblance to Dynasty Warrior.
You can still get the game at GameStop online, if you are in the US.

I might give it a try when it hits Xbox 360... but apparently this is highly addictive.
I don't see how Xbox is the black sheep of core games, when one of the biggest games this year is an Xbox 360 exclusive, Halo 4.
If it is the black sheep, the game and console sales aren't matching it....
