It wasn't a bad game. Just unexpected that they went with a side scroller for the second game over a top down, big world game. And the over world had nothing but those random enemies jumping you so often. The side scrolling combat was actually decent though.

But I've seen much, much worse back then with the LJN X-Men game. Hydlide being another shitty game that made Nintendo's Zelda II seem amazing. Having to bump into your enemies to attack them in the mazes.

Vita was a stand alone device. PS VR 2 REQUIRES you to have a PS5 to play VR games. The pricing isn't even in the same ballpark to play. Not even the same. Actually, you didn't tell us anything.

Emulate PSVR success huh? So, let's see, Sony sold somewhere around 5-7 million headsets and made a profit on the hardware day one and the software. The main reason why they created PS VR 2 to duplicate their success at making a profit off of a smaller base of players. S...

More nonsense from the same people.

High profile titles. Sony released GT7 and Horizon day one. Not even a year old and some gamers expect Sony to drop all their titles immediately onto the headset. Blood and Truth didn't arrive in the first year. Same with Astrobot. Takes time to make games. In the meantime, they either published games like Firewall Ultra or paid for exclusivity like Synapse, RE8 and RE4 Remake VR.

But you could always play high fide...

You sound like me. I just bide my time until it's a price I'm willing to pay. Last Gen, I didn't buy more than 5 games at $60. Most of it was $40, $30, $20 and $15. With many indie games less than $10. And that's having enough money to buy Neo Geo priced games. I didn't then, and won't now, pay more than what I think something is worth to me.

Patience is a virtue. Just like gravity, anything that goes up, must come down eventually. Capcom and everyon...

More like shady. But Microsoft and Phil are good guys and pro consumer. Great for the industry./S

Introduced paying for online, not recalling a shitty made console that red lighted, making gamers for years pay for xbl just to play free to play games, tried to introduce always online drm, tried to force a camera for advertising purposes and profit off of who was in the room with you, having lots of money but not producing quality at the output of their competitors who are wo...

I'm surprised someone got what's going on.

It's unheard of that a competitor not only makes money on another platform, they can withhold content and or, dictate terms. And, they and their fans think this is good for the industry as a whole that a huge corporation is doing this. Or that Sony and Nintendo deserve it because they were/are doing it the right way by trying to make the best games they can.

Blows my mind that part of the community do...

VR is great. It's more immersive than any flat game can be. But, we don't need to trash flat games to uplift VR games. Article says flat gaming has hit a dead end. But there's always more to improve there as well as VR gaming.

I was just as jaded by how nothing seems improve in gaming. The same fighting games, the same red barrels, the same stupid AI. I was almost done after playing for over 40 years of gaming. Then I got VR. VR made me feel like a kid again. Ev...

My girl and I have many of these. Great condition but open and played.

I still love Blood Will Tell. Started over from the beginning just last week.

I think obscure doesn't understand when a company swoops in with a large amount of cash to purchase a game that was already a hit and the higher ups, not used to having money thrown at them, jump at the chance to cash those checks.

It's the same thing another American company did. Facebook saw beat saber printing money and swooped in as well. But just like Minecraft, nothing else has been created by these developers and nothing great in updates. They just sit on th...

You mean the Robinhood like company(Sony) that helps the poor(indie developers) and denies the rich(Microsoft 2 TRILLION worth) who buys up publishers who were making multi platform games and franchises for decades and took them away? And from getting this game that they don't deserve and didn't help in any way?

Correct me if I'm wrong but it is Sony that is helping smaller developers worldwide from the China hero project, the soon India hero project and is help...

Duh!

It's the inevitability of VR rising to the point of getting the same things flat games are getting.Small games, big games, RPGs, racing, puzzles, etc.

How they are sold would be no different. Expensive games, cheap games, in-house and indie games, third party games, digital and physical releases. DLC and micro transactions, updates and remasters and remakes. PRE-ORDERS.

How would VR be any different than regular gaming when VR ...

Shills trying to rewrite history and hold on to the big lie. Still trying to groom and sway the public that Microsoft's anti consumerism is good for us.

Complete nonsense.

The only thing Sony did was up their game when it comes to realizing their worlds when it comes to their games. GT7 is bigger and better than previous titles when it comes gameplay, graphics, online competition. You could make a linear Spider-Man game. But gamers would complain you can't swing through the city like Spider-Man does. Open world makes that game more just by web slinging. Games like Onimusha were great. But Ghost of Tsushima destroys that...

Blah blah blah. Just long winded on why you think a well received game shouldn't have been nominated.

In the end some games do get snubbed. But this isn't a poor game, definitely not low selling and does what it was intended which is to give fans of Harry Potter a game they'd enjoy. Those that never watched Potter or read the books something to enjoy with magic. Would be no different than if someone created a good Transformers game, LEGO game or Simpsons game. ...

The developer did a great job creating a martial arts game with situational attacks, breakable objects, weapon fighting, etc. Not perfect but hitting all the right notes.

Can't wait to see what they do next. A side view fighting game would be awesome. Most fighters today from mortal Kombat and Street Fighter haven't changed their core fighting much and have become stale. Just added light effects with the hits and other modes. But not improved the fight engine. Slocl...

Yeah. Because those real, factual numbers are the ones that are whooping Microsoft's ass. Not those bullshit player metrics Microsoft comes up with.

9 million consumers downloading something to try isn't the same as 10 million gamers buying games.

Only thing Microsoft has beaten Sony on is lies, misleading statements and misdirects.

Your disagree won't change the facts. Microsoft has gotten their ass whooped 4 times. Micros...

Must be between the days of November 27 and December 4. But even that would be ridiculous.

No one believes this bullshit from Windows. Microsoft admitted to themselves that Nintendo and Sony have kicked their ass.

So, Microsoft is creating a new category because they will never win the traditional category. While Sony and Nintendo drop sales numbers, Microsoft drops player numbers that have nothing to do with sales. They never mention game sales or hardwa...
