FF, Nintendo, Project Cafe...which of these does not belong? - Final Fantasy Union 52

GamingUnion.net just released the 52nd episode of Final Fantasy Union:

"The FF news drought has let up a little and the gang jumps in. Darryl, Colin, David, and Lauren talk a bit about Type-0 and the news that came in last couple weeks.

After that, they jump into some discussions about FF on Project Café, what FF game they would want a sequel of some sort, and they spend time reading your responses to the burning question. They round out the fun show with some great music from FF10-2.

Such is the life of fame, and you won’t want to miss it! Jump in for all the fun! Final Fantasy Union is part of the Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts Union podcast channel on Gaming Union/iTunes and releases an episode of FFU every three weeks." (3DS, Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles, Final Fantasy VIII, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy X-2, Next-Gen, Nintendo, Nintendo DS, PS2, PS3, PSP, Wii, Xbox 360)

I wouldn't be surprised if FFXV was multiplat, just as FFXIII was. And an FFIX remake would be awesome.

If it does go multiplat, I can't wait for the Nintendo fanboys to start saying the PS3/360 are hindering what the experience could have been.
stealth500k  +   1292d ago
the 360 hindered it because of its physical medium. not because of its graphics
Otheros00  +   1292d ago
If it goes multi than project cafe will be the one hindering ps4 and the next xbox.

Yeah, with these systems releasing in a staggered way, they will all have different amounts of power. It kinda sucks. I hope the PS4 and 720 release the same year, hopefully no sooner than 2012, but 2013 would be better. The longer the generation lasts, the better for us gamers. I don't know about you guys, but I don't feel like dropping another $400 for a new system just yet. haha The PS3 is just reaching its peak and there's lots of great games for it coming this year.

However, I am interested to see what the next gen of systems DO, besides awesome graphics. I'm sure the connectivity factor will be huge. There will likely be Apps and Widgets on them since RAM will be upped to somewhere near the 4GB range. I hope to be able to Skype on my PS4. That would be awesome!

As far as the Wii 2 (Project Cafe), I'm very excited for it. Surprise me, Nintendo! I may actually buy it if it's compelling enough and the price is right. If so, it will be my first Nintendo system since the original NES. (Man, I miss playing some Mario 3 on that. :) haha)

Great episode this time around guys!! Definitely have to agree with Lauren, the X-2 battle system ROCKED!
Hardedge  +   1292d ago
I see what you did there ;D

Although I have to agree, X-2 battle system was really good. It's too bad people can't see past the Jpop.
ChickeyCantor  +   1292d ago
I think people can see past the Jpop but rather judge the full thing.

I don't really have many requirements for project cafe. As long as it's high def, that will be a step in the right direction!
