For just the difference of a single dollar, you can't go wrong with Bubble Bobble Plus! -- whether you're selecting it for download instead of the VC version, or in addition to it. It would have been nice to have both of the Extra Modes included in the primary package too, but the price is still reasonable even with those added in -- a total of just ten bucks for the complete Plus experience. This one's a great option all around, Bobbleheads. Surf over to the Wii Shop now.

This remake of the classic franchise sounds like it would just be another mediocre port of the same game you have played a hundred times. Surprisingly enough, it actually has a ton of new features to get new and veteran players back into a classic franchise."

Here there are clues to solve to unravel a story (no, really) and diagonal platforms allow for diagonal fire, which you won't find in the original. They've messed with the concept but thankfully it works. The more competitive types among you can post your high scores on a world ranking table. There's an 'expert' level pack to download too".
