Due to the German youth protection laws, Warner Interactive and Sony will replace the free Mortal Kombat for PlayStation Vita with LEGO: Batman on PSP. (PS Vita, Tag Invalid)

"which was this month as promised free game."

They mention content is subject to change, so it was never promised nor guaranteed to be free this month or any month to come.

It sucks it won't be there, I was looking forward to it. And the game they replaced it with makes it even worse.

It's just for Germany though, your profile says you're in New York. Most everyone else should be fine. Sorry for them though, and they could have had a much better replacement.
