Uniquely entertaining and positively surreal - you'll never read another review of Deus Ex: HR quite like this.
Saad from eXputer: "I'm glad I don't have to choose between Square Enix, Atlus, and FromSoftware due to bad release windows and Shadow of the Erdtree."
What a word vomit, rambling, turd of an article that simply states the obvious. Classic exputer.
Yuji Naka was fined $1.2 million and given a suspended jail sentence for the crime.
I find his comments around how Balan turned out to be very insightful as to why the game is trash. He basically apologises for its existence
The top producer of Square Enix flagship Dragon Quest franchise is stepping down from the role, following delays in developing the next installment of the popular series.
Please o please don't turn dragon quest into final fantasy square enix we dont wont that. Dragon quest works well just as it I. Plus you'll piss off Japanese fans to.
Was pondering whether or not I should get this...
I already stole a white and a grey Nexis 9MG modified combat chassis from my game store. Might as well get the game to go with them if it's decent.
my GOTY so far, but lets see how good Skyrim and Uncharted 3 are.
this has been my game of the year since i got done with deus ex 2... The game is gr8, but once you beat it, once or twice your gonna wanna let go of it, or wait for the DLC. Im gonna try my hardest to keep it, cause im a huge deus fan.
The review comes off as a tad contrived and slightly off-focus. At some points (particularly the opening paragraphs), it seems to want to be a comedy article on Cracked.com, full of irreverent Americanisms and satirical analysis. Then it becomes more like a game review during most of the middle sections. This is somewhat jarring as the sentiments don't seem to be consistent; the opening paragraphs seem to criticise the game heavily for it's story cliches and similarities to "Robocop" (which is dutifully satirised in-game, mind), while the actual "review" segments seem to laud the game in almost all of it's aspects.
Despite these contrivances and inconsistencies, I did find it to be entertaining and a welcome break from the usual review structure employed by just about every website, so keep it up. Practice makes perfect!
This is my early vote for GOTY. Great game.
