I still cant understand how some people can compare both Sony's and MS conference.
Sony did smart, they began dishing out the history of PlayStation in small videos before the day of the event, and on that night which by the way took place in a big hall, they started with a much better intro to their conference and ended the event with games.

Naughty dog, Santa Monica, Sony San Diego, Sony London, Soe, Sony Japan, Media molecule, Quantic dreams, and Level 5 are some of the studios i am expecting to bring something for Sony at e3. Hopefully nothing pseye related.
Would hate for them to announce a bunch of exclusives and some of them being motion sensing based mediocre.

If thats why the ps3 is a failure then its just as simple to list why the 360 is a failure; here why dont i play along.
1. gimp and compressed gaming experiences due to old format limitations, and in addition to that charging pulblishers royalties for use of extra discs for their games. This is something most devs complained about, so going by your logic we can safely count this a failure.
2. And paying to play games online isnt? without ...
This partnership between these two is nothing new really, if you go back to the wii you will notice Sonic in smash bros, Olympics and what not its been done before.
Besides its not Sega isn't releasing other games on other platforms. Looking at this fall releases i see a dark cloud looming in the form of GTA5, BF4,COD ghosts and ofcourse the other two next gen platforms releasing.
Hopefully Nintendo can withstand all that, or else we will start seeing mor...
Well, i am going to watch both Sony's ps meeting and Ms xbox reveal and make some comparisons. Is Nintendo holding an hour long direct? does anyone know?
I mean i am sure Sony will have a long e3 presser but it would probably be mainly to flesh out on some of the missing details.
I firmly believe that some of its other big studios will be present to make shocking announcements and presentations.
All Sony has to do is simply is chill and just show a few teasers from some games they have yet to announce after tomorrow's reveal to simply cool things down.

Well the thing is this, many people feel Nintendo is out of date with their approaches, with the exception of their handhelds, their home consoles aren't as attractive and do little for 3rd party publishers looking to make money on their platforms.
Sony on the other hand is keeping up with the times and as you can see the support is abundant in comparison; sure the vita is hurting in sales.

The wii had more marketing than the wiiu, and so does the 3ds but the wiiu is a confusing product in itself.
If anything Nintendo needs to use all that money they make towards aggressive marketing, heck this whole year could have been their if they had marketed this device with some solid releases.

The way i see it, if you already happen to own a smartphone or a tablet then there is no need for this system in your life, because all it will do is play the same games found on those other devices you might already own?
Now if this was a system running on a completely different os and releasing with its own marquee games like the big 3 have then i could see them mattering, but until then i feel this thing is a waste of 99 bucks.
But that's the thing some of these guys don't seem to get, after Tuesday they assume that the ps4 talk will fade into nothing.
When the truth is, that's when the talks will gain more traction than before; why? Simply because people will start comparing the two devices, stacking them against each other like a pair of heavyweights.
