I was just "turning the other cheek". I'm buying an Xbox one on day one. I've taken a lot of flack for defending MS by self righteous message boarders. I've called some people out on their opinions being stated as facts. I've been called out too, but I'm really sick of the negativity, in general.

While Kinect wasn't my numero uno reason for purchasing an xbox one, i was shocked and displeased to hear about Kinect Sports Rivals having latency/ recognition issues. The Kinect 2.0 is supposed to a vastly improved piece of tech over it's predecessor which failed to deliver on grandiose promises. It's been delayed til 2014 so there is time to iron out some bugs. Yeah, rewind feature was introduced in Forza 3. I liked having it. The feature was placed to take away frustration of having to restart a race in single player.
I don't know how many times I'd get sloppy on the 6 or 7 lap with the lead, and blow the race on a single turn. I suck. It allows me to enjoy the game because I can't devote every waking minute to mastering a game. Gotta work and hang with the fam too. Can't be a shut-in.

It's kinda of a crazy argument, the whole "gaming pc v.s. console" debate. I have a friend who has a beastly gaming pc, and recently watched him play Splinter Cell: Blacklist on it. Wow! Now, I have Blacklist on xb360. It's not a bad looking game, but on pc, it's face-melting!

Japan is a tough market to crack for Microsoft. That's Sony/ Nintendo turf. It's not like they didn't try in this generation. At first, I thought it had to do with availability, but I saw an ad (I think 2 weeks ago) advertising both (xbox one and ps4) for purchase come November in a Walmart flyer. Calling bs doesn't make the game look any worse to me. The gameplay looks to be the real issue, but haven't played it.
It's a launch game. Who really cares whether it's in 720p, 1080p, or 1080i? People act like 720p is standard def or something, when in reality, the difference is only noticeable on larger TVs (50 inches and above) when comparing 720 to 1080.

Are the games download only through SteamOS? Can you buy pc games and install them on the system? Are Left 4 Dead, HalfLife, Portal be exclusive to this pc/console hybrid?
