I think my biggest issue, the game has only 4 confirmed tracks and 12 confirmed cars. Forza 4 had like 20 tracks and 300+ cars. I preordered this game because I thought it was a full-fledged numbered sequel, not a weak launch title that doesn't live up to it's predecessor's legacy. With November looming, maybe they should delay it till there are more tracks and cars or change the name to Forza: Ripoff.

I remember my brother (ps3) remarking how the power brick was unsightly, or how he thought MS should have rechargeable bluetooth controllers like Sony. I didn't stop him from playing Halo and Gears and enjoying them.
I know that I'm in the minority when it comes to local v.s. online. The online space is by-and-far more robust with options and many games don't even support it anymore. It makes sense when devs are trying to optimize a game, rendering two-four screens i assume taxes your system exponentially.
Moving on to next gen, I fear local play will become even rarer or non-existent.
I hope it doesn't disappear entirely.

I felt like the Black Ops series had an interesting campaign as far as COD goes. Black ops 2 is my favorite because of local multiplayer options ( 4 player split, and ai bots to thicken the matches). Great game when family visits.
My friend hates Treyarch too. He says the online mp sucks compared to CODs done by Infinity Ward.

I think early November is too early, personally. I'm think either right before Black Friday rush, or after Black Friday. I think the latter. They need games ready for launch and I think they'll wait til the last moment.
It will hurt some people I know personally. Not everyone has great (even good) internet. My brother chose smartphones for his family v.s. internet for the home. It was a financial decision and they could only afford one on their budget.
I have a friend who lives in town, just doesn't want internet. Still has sd cable. Loves videogames.

I wasn't online for this generation, so I decided to bite the bullet and join the online space for the next generation. There was times that I felt I was only playing half a game. Some features should be utilized without live Gold, but I don't understand why you wouldn't be a member in the first place.

MS portfolio is pretty stout when it comes to quality exclusives. Hard to see them rolling over and dying. They had a rough go against PS2 with the original, but could have quit there.
I feel bad that they couldn't break the Asian market. They certainly tried with exclusive jrpgs like Lost Odyssey, Blue Dragon, and Tales of Vesperia.

Who won this generation? I don't know. I'm happy with the library I collected on Sony's and Microsoft's current gen systems. Still haven't beat all of them. Wish I could have both systems at launch.
I think the "rumble triggers" will be cool at first, but their appeal may wear the more it gets utilized.
