it looks great. Since I've not actually served in the military, I can't speak to the fact about the game being very lifelike, but...the gameplay seems pretty intense. Stealth at some points, frantic urban combat at others. Even if it's not truly "lifelike", it looks like one of the best combat games I've ever seen. I will definitely be picking this one up.
I smash into walls all the time...haha 8)
I would like to see a more consumer friendly price point. I think more people would be sold at a $399 or less price. I'm sure it will get there. More than likely it will have a great library of games once it does, which will make it even more appealing.
I must say though, I'm a bit disappointed they changed from the whole spiritual side of the story line. I think that's what made it unique. Oh well, maybe it will be for the better to take it in a new direction.
this is going to be a truly unique game. It's looking better and better. I can't for it to come out, but it seems like it will be well worth the long wait. I have to say though, whoever was playing in the video was a pretty bad shot.
I think the whole "doomsday" scenario is way out of whack. Sony was considered to be in "big" trouble early on, but have made a nice recovery. Nintendo was considered to be lucky to finish a distant third this gen, and look what they've done. You have to take it with a grain of salt. Does the 360 have problems? Absolutely. Can they recover from them? Absolutely. It's going to take some work, but it can be done. What it will all amount to is an extremely competitiv...
since I've been THIS excited about a game. I absolutely can't wait for it to come out. The crazy thing is, it's still a relative sleeper. It just seems like not that many people really understand how great it's going to be. They'll know soon enough...in the meantime, I'll enjoy playing it when it comes out in November (hopefully). Bring it on!
I would pay a whole bunch of money for that. Especially if it could make me a black and tan.
that was funny. A transformer controller would kick some serious a55, though. Still laughing at that...
and just go away. His imagination really sucks...almost worse than his films.
he pulls his talk string over and over just so he can hear the sound of his own voice. I agree there is a reason for ratings, but it's up to the parents, not the government and especially not him, to enforce those ratings. This guy just needs to shut his d@mn pie hole.
simply incredible. Bring it on, I can't wait. Game of the year, IMO.
I can't wait. This is going to be incredible. There aren't enough ways to describe how great this game is going to be.
especially if it is coupled with a price drop. That would be great.
the comparisons are inevitable. The two aren't even in the same league, IMO. I played the heck out of Oblivion, and I think it's a stellar game. However, I think Mass Effect is going blow it out of the water. I can't wait.
I was a bit shocked as well. He was a dynamic personality for the company, but maybe it's for the best. I don't think we'll really understand the stress and pressure he was under from spearheading a worldwide console launch, especially coupled with some of the issues they've experienced. I'm sure this has been in the works for quite some time, certainly well before E3. Best of luck to him, and best of luck to Don Mattrick.
is going on? This is a completely terrible situation, and I feel horrible for the family. I have to wonder though, what has happened to our world where kids are killing their brothers over a video game? Very tragic.
video content is the one thing lacking from the Zune marketplace. It would be really nice to integrate it with the 360. Good thought.
I think MS and Sony are going to SKU themselves into a tailspin of confusion. I'm all about being able to choose what suits you best, but this is getting crazy! People are going to just give up and buy a Wii. Oh wait, that's already happening. Too many choices may ultimately lead to indecision. When presented with one choice, the decision is much easier. Just a thought. 8)
this article is almost two weeks old. MS did nothing "wrong" at their press conference, except for putting Jeff Bell out there. I just think people were expecting so much, and when MS focused only on this year's games it came across as a letdown. No big woop.
