How To Defeat the Chemist in MW2
You can beat the Chemist either by running him over with your vehicle or using explosives and regular weapons to deal damage. With the Chemist having more HP than other enemies in the game, he will require you to deal a lot more damage to take him down.
Before you can get to the Chemist in MW2, you need to be prepared to enter the radioactive zone when spawned.

Preparations to Beat the Chemist in Modern Warfare 2
Before beginning the match, we recommend getting a friend or two to help you in this mission since this makes it considerably easier. Once the match begins, you will be able to see a radioactive zone on your map a fair distance away from you. You should start looking for a vehicle (something big and sturdy) to get to the radioactive zone as soon as the match begins.
Next, get hold of a mask before entering the radioactive zone since you will take consistent damage while inside. Durable masks will do a much better job as they last longer, but regular masks will do just fine.
Taking out the Chemist in Modern Warfare 2
Once you are ready to enter the radioactive zone, begin looking for the Chemist. He is going to be the shooter in a yellow hazmat suit. If you cannot spot him before your mask wears out or your vehicle is destroyed, we recommend heading out of the radioactive zone to prepare yourself again by fetching masks and a car you can use.

Remember to sweep the buildings in the area since the Chemist may be hiding in one of them. After spotting the Chemist, the best way to take him out is to run him over with your vehicle. If that is not possible, we recommend using explosives alongside your regular guns to deal more damage.
Take the Chemist’s Assault Riffle
After taking down the Chemist, just grab the M13B Assault Rifle from his body and head to the nearest location on the map marked with an icon of a blue person running through a door. We recommend playing it safe at this point in the game since if the person carrying the M13B dies. You will have to do the whole thing over again.
Once at the Exfil location, call the helicopter and take cover to avoid getting shot. Remember that only the player in possession of the M13B will be able to unlock it afterward if you are doing this as a party. The other players will have to repeat this mission.
