Best Graphics Settings for High-End PCs
Fortnite is not a demanding game, but being an online game means that a lot of factors contribute to the overall smoothness. The best settings we found are:
- Window mode: Fullscreen
- Resolution: Set to your monitor’s native resolution
- VSync: Off
- Motion Blur: Off
- Frame rate limit: Unlimited,Â
- Rendering mode: DirectX 11 or 12
- Anti-aliasing and super resolution: NVIDIA DLSS
- 3D resolution: 100%
- View distance: Far
- Shadows: Medium
- Global Illumination: Off or Lumen High
- Reflections: Lumen High
- Textures: High
- Effects: Low
- Post processing: High
- Hardware Ray Tracing: Off
- Nvidia Reflex Low Latency: On + Boost
You should also disable Record Replays in the Game tab, as they can also affect your PC’s performance. Next, go to the Audio tab, and disable Visualize Sound Effects.
