The trick with Dance Therapy is that it is not purchasable at any moment. Rather, it randomly appears in the Shop. The Item rotation in the Item Shop does not follow a pattern, as far as Dance Therapy is concerned. The last time it appeared was a few days ago, on November 23. Before that, it was on August 22, then May, April, February, January, and so on. As you can see, it appears once in approximately every two months. We have no confirmation on when it will appear next.

What is Dance Therapy?
Dance Therapy is an Epic Emote in Fortnite. It is based on a famous scene from the movie Footloose, released in 1984. In the scene in question, Kevin Bacon’s character is “letting it all out” by dancing in a warehouse. The Emote mimics the dance moves from the movie.
