Where to buy Music Kits for CS2?
There are a few different ways you can acquire Music Kits in CS2. When CS:GO switched to CS2 all players that previously played the game were awarded with CS:GO Music Kit for free. It can be found in your Inventory tab among other items. This is the only free Music Kit in-game, so if you want to use other Music Kits you will need to buy them first. Here are all the ways to buy Music Kits in CS2:
- One way to purchase Music Kits in the Counter-Strike 2 is the in-game Store. With CS2 launched, click on the Store and in the General tab you will find various Music Kits that you can buy.
- The second option is to buy Music Kits on Steam using Community Market. To do this you will first need to enter the Community Market. This can be done by going to the Library tab on Steam, then finding CS2 and clicking on the Market tab. Now that you are in the Community Market for Counter-Strike, type ‘Music Kits’ in the Search bar. You can also use Show Advanced Options scroll until you find Music Kits, and mark the box next to it. Clicking Search will list all Music Kits available for purchase.
- Lastly, you can use third-party sites to acquire Music Kits. Many of the sites that deal in trading CS2 skins have the option to buy Music Kits in their shop as well.

What are Music Kits in CS2 and how to use them?
Music Kits offer players the option to change music in CS2. When equipped, a Music Kit will change the Main Menu theme, Round Start/End, Bomb plant/10s warning, Round Win/Loss, Death camera, and MVP theme. If you are the MVP in the round your Music Kits MVP theme will be played for all participants in the match.
To equip the Music Kit you have acquired, select Inventory in the main menu of CS2. In the list of items select the Music Kit you want to use. Left or Right-click on the chosen item, and select Equip Music Kit. This will automatically change your in-game sounds and music.
