How To Play CS2 With Your Friends
There are two way to play CS2 with your friends, the first is to invite your friends directly in the game or via Steam.
To add your friends directly in the game, head over to the Friends tab located on the right corner of the screen. Select from the list who among your friends you wish to play with. Right-click on your mouse to pull up your chosen friend’s profile and on the bottom left side, click Invite friend to play. You may have to wait for the selected friend to accept the invite.

How To Invite Friends via Steam To Play CS2
To invite friends via Steam, pull up Steam from the menu and hover over to the Friends tab. Locate the Add a Friend button and click on it as this will lead you to another window with several options. From here, you can either:
- Send them an invite link on the chat box
- Type in your friend’s code
- You can also search for their name
- You will have to wait for them to accept your invitation
- Once your friend has accepted, open your game and send your friend an invite in Invite Friends panel.
- After your friend accepts the invitation, they will be added to your party and you will be able to play matches together in CS2
