Best CS2 Viewmodel Commands
Use the following pre-made set of values that work best for most players:
- Field of Vision – viewmodel_fov 68
- Viewmodel X – viewmodel_offset_x 2.5
- Viewmodel Y – viewmodel_offset_y 2
- Viewmodel Z – viewmodel_offset_z -2
If you need to, you can switch back to the default Viewmodel by entering the following command “viewmodel_presetpos” in the console. Cycling through this command will let you pick one of the three preset Viewmodel modes.
How to change Viewmodel Settings in CS2?
To change the Viewmodel you will need to start the game and make sure you have “Enable Developer Console” on Yes in the Settings menu under the Game tab. This will allow you to access the console commands during the match by pressing the tilde (~) or backtick (`) key on your keyboard.
When you are done, you can type some commands in the console to adjust the character model.
- For starters, “viewmodel_fov xx“, where xx is the value between 54 and 68 (60 is the default) determines your field of vision.
