Coral Island is a fresh farming sim from Stairway Games. Much like other farming games, like Stardew Valley and Harvest Moon, it has a ton of content, besides farming. You can expand your home, meet and hang out with islanders, dive underwater to clean up the ocean, and many more. As you explore the Island, you’ll come across many mysterious buildings, like, for example, the Recycling Center. What is it and how to use the Recycling Center in Coral Island? Let’s find out.
Can you Use the Recycling Center in Coral Island?
At the time of writing, unfortunately, there is no way to use the Recycling Center in Coral Island. You can find it in The Dump area, and there seem to be some compartments for trash sorting. We expect it will be available after being restored as a Community Project, a feature still in the making. Until then, what can you do with all the Trash?

What to Do With Trash?
One of the uses of Trash is to put it in a Recycling Machine. You can craft one, after reaching Level 2 in Diving, using 20 Trash, 30 Stone, and 15 Bronze Kelp. You also get one Recycling Machine as a reward for completing the Essential Resources offering at the Lake Temple.
Putting two units of Trash in the Recycling Machine will give you one piece of Scrap, a useful crafting resource. Up to 20 pieces of Trash can be queued in the Machine.
Another good use of Trash is to put it in the Compost Bin. It requires 20 Wood, five Trash, and five Sap to make. You need to reach Level 2 in Farming to unlock the option to craft it.
Similar to the Recycling Machine, putting two pieces of Trash in the Compost Bin will result in one Compost, an item essential for making Fertilizers.
