SEGA and Capcom are the best Japanese publishers this generation... Do I need to list the games? Yakuza 3 & 4, Kenzan, Valkyria Chronicles 1&2&3, Bayonetta, Vanquish, Madworld, Virtua Fighter 4, Shogun 2: Total War, Empire: Total War, Sonic Colors, After Burner Climax, S&SASR, etc... I could go on.

Both games are Arcade Oriented?
One is a lengthy open world adventure with RPG elements, and the other is a score based Arcade port SHOOTER. How in the world they are comparable?
ABC is a class "A" Arcade shooter because it excels in its genre, a great shmup, Yakuza 4 is an adventure/brawler with RPG elements, which according to the reviewer a great game in its genre (B+ is a high score).

For example, FIFA 2011 scored some 10/10, does that mean its better than God of War 3 which scored 9/10? No, different games and they get reviewed based on the context of their genres.
