It seems to me that this system isn't meant to block earning trophies in used games as much as it is trying to prevent multiple users on the same system from sharing trophies by using each other's game data. Reading the error message, it just doesn't seem to imply that 'you bought this game used, therefore you will not be able to earn trophies.' Then again, I thought the system was limited to one user account anyway which would make my suggestion moot.
At least I've actually been able to connect to games, the beta experience was atrocious. That being said, even when I have a full 3 bars for connection the game still freeze-frames for a good 3-5 seconds pretty much anytime an enemy appears on screen or I perform an action other than running such as aiming, shooting, jumping, etc. To me it just seems like completely broken netcode.
Sorry but if you check out the forums, both connecting to games and "lag" is experienced by many players. Specifically, the "lag" is a complete 1-2 second freeze frame every 30 seconds like clockwork and connecting to games often involves many minutes of waiting followed by a "failed to register match with arbitration server" or something of that effect.

I tried the beta when it was closed but connection and lag problems prevented me from playing a full round. Which is a shame because the art and concept are great, it plays like a Batman liscensed team fortress. Hopefully the problems from the closed beta have been worked out.

Read the initial game informer article- Matt and trey claimed that the gameplay is almost indistinguishable from the show and that if you didn't know that someone was playing the game, you'd think you walked in on an episode.

I think that MoH single player campaign (while incredibly short) is miles ahead of CoD:MW and MW2 campaigns. The audio in MoH is outstanding as well, some of the best in any game I've played. In terms of multiplayer, MoH is only an iteration behind CoD- on par with MW rather than MW2- something that can be easily remedied come sequel time.
Gamers should be laughing at these guys, not supporting their effort to 'be recognized' by Microsoft.

Stop whining about the second analog stick and pick up the best thing to happen in gaming in years....by which I mean the revolutionary and innovative control scheme(s) that Nintendo implemented into the DS- I'm still waiting on all the great full-featured RTS and TPS that could be done using a touch screen UI- maybe the 3DS' increased graphical capabilities will encourage more developers to take advantage of...

The inclusion of the touch pad makes the need for a second analog stick null. Pick up a copy of CoD or Metroid on the DS for an example- except that the 3DS will use the analog stick in place of the d-pad/abxy buttons for movement- you simply slide around using the stylus to look around like a mini-mouse.

I feel for you buddy. Where's the Arabic language support, too? I know the PS3 can display the characters because they appear in my music folders, media server, etc. But there is no option to choose Arabic even in the PSN profile...
