Why don't you stay on topic here...this comparison is not for Wolfenstein, it is for Assassin's Creed 2.

And in your response to the "zany" conclusions. Here is how it went for the record. Graphics: Tie, Performance: PS3, Loading: Xbox 360...drum roll please.......overall Tie. Not hard to figure out.

If you like IGN comparisons, why are you always commenting on and referencing LOT?

Seriously I have to agree here. This has been covered soooo much on N4G over the past two weeks it is retarded.

To sum it up in one sentence, "Both versions equally look like crap, but when motion blur is off, the ps3 version looks like slightly better crap."

Really? Did they end it in a cliffhanger? Regardless should be an epic game and I can't wait til Tuesday!

This is a scene that I never imagined playing in a COD game. And I am not sure as to why IW needed to have this in there. All I can think of is that they really wanted to pull a Rockstar and make something controversial that will hit big in the news outlets. Not really the best choice if you ask me, especially in the current world events.

I can see the headlines now, "Latest Video Game Trains Children To Be Terrorists."

"Funny how SF4 beat the ps3 version because of graphics, put tekken 6 for the ps3 clearly shows that it's out performing the 360 version, but ps3 loses because 8 seconds?"

Actually SFIV won on the Xbox 360 due to 2xAA and additional effects (specular, shadows, etc). Tekken 6 is a tie because neither version has AA out of the box. Both version perform the same, as you can see in the video. And they judged the loading out of the box as well, which is another reason SFIV l...

Ouch! That sucks. OFP was really disappointing in my book. Maybe do a trade in and put it toward this gem.

For those of us that find game analysis interesting, it is a valid observation. Is there something happening with the morph targets? Older animation files? Last minute adjustments?

It is quite odd that the facial expressions on Eddie varies from the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Wonder what happened there?

Because Dirt2 was a technically impressive game. Not many games look that good, let alone a cross platform.

Seriously, the way this game performs it looks to be done with a beta version of EGO.

Unfortunate that the PlayStation 3 version suffered from performance and graphical issues. I really thought that CodeMasters had this cross platform game development locked down with Dirt 2.

One of my first gaming experiences on the Sega Genesis. Epic!

These videos are not for the fanboys. They are for people who own both systems, aren't in middle school and actually care about picking up the best experience they can. Maybe I wouldn't care either if mommy was buying them for me.

"So users know what system is slightly better to play the demo on?"

No, so they know which version should be the superior one when released. Kind of a heads up, if you will.

Holy screen tearing batman! I really hope that Double Fine gets the PlayStation 3 version polished up before shipping. Other than performance, looks close visually.

I agree. Codemasters did a phenomenal job with the graphics on this game. I am looking forward to seeing what Operation Flashpoint 2 looks like running on the EGO engine.

Glad to see these guys enter into the analysis arena. I really like the way they have presented their data, very clear and easy to read.

I have always been a Contra fan so I will be picking this one up for sure. I mean it is a bit short, but I think I can spare the $10.

It was pricey at the time, but to actually play arcade perfect games in your living room was amazing. Also, anyone that owned a Neo-Geo can attest to its build quality. The system and controllers were hefty, not like today's cheaper feeling consoles. I still kick myself for trading it in towards my Japanese PlayStation.

Well, that is their niche...they use their industry experience to compare cross platform games. So I am not sure what you are expecting them to do? Juggle flaming chainsaws?
