The game is pretty cool so far. The graphics are excellent and some of the boss battles I have played so far have been a visual treat.
I definitely agree that it is too easy. You really can never die, so it makes finishing certain tasks unrewarding.
The level design is great and the pathways getting to each area is a new concept to me. It's like the whole game is one big area, and there are different pathways that connect everything together.

I did the same from Best Buy, but if you look at the box packaging on both the regular and collectors edition, the balance remaining is the same like $54.95 or something. Now I know the Collectors Edition is more money, but the balance remaining is printed on both packages the same. Is this an error?

I thought there were just as many "jumping" moments as any other horror game. The thing about scary movies and games is you have to allow yourself to be scared. If you go in thinking it is not scary, then chances are you won't jump. If you use a little of your own imagination and get swallowed by the immersion of the game then this game is indeed scary.

This game is phenomenal. Everything is so damn polished and solid. graphics, multiple death animations for each enemy, lighting, sound...its all top notch.
I love when the big tall guys who break apart into smaller spider like monsters kill you with a decapication. The head of the necro will crawl into the hole where your head was and take over your body; adjusting his head in place and stumbling off...its awesome!

Could you please use your superhuman observational skills and count the pixels that make up the whale in the intro. There might be a discrepency between the PS3 and 360 versions; your services are needed!

Your downplaying of Uncharted's graphics are also laughable. "clearness and vibrancy" really? REALLY? Looked spectacular to me! oh, and Wipeout HD says hi.

I am still buying this game for the PS3. Im sorry, but i play games, not travel through the levels picking out a bad texture here or a lighting problem there. Most of you guys act as if it is unplayable. If a downed character model or a toilet texture looks bad, I shrug and continue. Its the overall immersion that I am interested in. From the moment the plane crashed to the end of the demo I was plesently suprised.
