Oh really? Sony just needs to make an check everytime you log in your PSN account which logs the response time of the disc. Bluray speed =! HDD speed --> different results --> ban
Other method: try to update the game (not possible with PSjailbreak). If it fails because of wrong folder dir (not possibly with the disc) --> ban
There are of course many others methods I can't really think of right now.

I didn't disagree with you but this hack is pretty simple, and doesnt need to hack any of the other "CPU"s.
Sony designed a USB dongle that allows them to test unsigned software on any Ps3 hardware. Of course I can't explain you how that works exactly, but it seems that Sony left a small backdoor open for a certain hardware, with a certain key saved.

The game is a mix between FPS and TPS. You run around without seeing your char. (FPS style) but change to TPS when you go into cover. Also you don't see your weapon all the time (when its not equipped)
149€ is about 190$, but I think they'll keep it 149$ or max 179$.

well the funny thing might be that Maxconsole was stealing from n4g too. How i can proof it? Well I uploaded a magazine scan about the release date of UT3 on Xbox360 (it wasn't announced yet). I edited the picture to make sure I could recognize it when someone else uses it. 5 min later there was a headline about UT3 on Xbox360 with excatly my scan. It's a glitch (that is most probably why it took so long to discover).Also that's why the game crashes a lot when you play with the Master Hand, and the controls don't work as they should. Still EPIC finding!

Myst on the DS has to be on the list. I didn't play it but according to a gaming site (4players) the game is unplayable (it's the only game to get 1/100 %). This happens when you try to play the game:

I know the 5850 has a better performance but you have to pay way more. The cheapest one I found was around 300€, and I got the GTX 465 for 245, so I don't think it's worth the upgrade.

Sound is really great Soda, but the look of it O.o . I remember Forza 3 looking way better, this just looks last gen compared to GT5. But to be fair, Forza 3 is "old"
