Oh wow...one GaaS game does well and suddenly everyone does a 180 on live service
Lets be real, it was lightning in a bottle and I doubt they could replicate it with something else so easy and so soon.
First Party Games*
That aren't GaaS**
Bring back Legend of Dragoon***
Yeah…I don’t know
Starfield has more chance coming way before main franchises like this
Oh look another duplicate account only created hours ago to troll and say fanboy bullshit against other fanboys
How…original
IX came out like 2 months before the PS2 dropped, that’s probably why it didn’t sell aswell
They should have released it for the PS2 as a launch game
Probably a COD focused event for this years instalment
I hope IX is still on the cards
Just a straight up remake which they expand a little bit nothing over ambitious
If IX dosent happen then VI and VIII will never be thought of.
I want to believe they are just hanging on to try and get the last drop out of the digital market but another part of me thinks it’s just spite at this point, not wanting to admit their business move was a f***** terrible decision
They made out it was because they wanted to offer it cheaper to us but me and others would have gladly paid the standard for physical. Even a collectors edition would have been nice to buy.
Well. They know what they gotta do…
Either a New Vegas spiritual sequel with a new location (personally I’d use the spin off games to move around the world to Canada, UK, Europe etc to see their own versions of Vault Tech and the like).
Or
A remake of Fallout 1 in the same style as 3, 4 etc
I love the turn based battle system but I do wish they would have split the series into two franchises, the ones with Kiryu follow the classic battle system while the new ones with Ichiban do turn based combat
Least then both fans could have been happy and they could have cycled between each of them to keep things fresh.
I think people are missing the point of this
It’s not rushing a releases for next year it’s Microsoft knowing Bethesda won’t get round to Fallout 5 until 2031 at the earliest and want it to become a franchise that can come out within a typical 4-5 year development over every 15 or so years.
Bethesda took it upon themselves to do a new IP with Starfield which is fair enough, it's great to see studios wanting to do new IPs but in the process of doing th...
Hopefully
You really need to experience CV to understand the Wesker and Chris rivalry more. Him getting his ass handed to him by Wesker is why he bulked up so much on RE5
@Michiel1989
I'm not making anything up, they held a grudge against it and made stuff up themselves like mkis007 has just pointed out. That 71 on Metacritic is why it didn't get a sequel.
Anyway how can I make anything up when I didn't even mention metacritic in my original post?
Yeah I thought it was pretty decent, it had its flaws but for their first big console single player open world game it's a solid 8/10.
I have never seen an AAA "zombie" game feature as many enemies as the horde sections did, you really had to think about your surroundings and plan carefully.
I feel journalists had an issue with this game from the moment it was announced, they really didn't like the Biker characters and the overall Biker ...
"Microsoft is "committed to meeting players where they are." Microsoft will do this by "bringing great games to more people on more devices," the executive said"
Says it all really
By the end of next year we will have games like Starfield on the PS
All we want is Alien Isolation II...
Well the games creator Gary Newman confirmed it himself on Twitter.
Wolverine in a bar…drinking
Well colour me shocked
Ironmike
Yeah...you don't sound like no gamer, lets be honest
Sound more like the arsehole high school bully who picked on people who liked games. Let me guess, now they've went into the mainstream you have always been a fan right?
