By now it's become clear that everyone loves killing zombies, but so far we haven’t really seen a game that makes the undead, the hero. Well, that’s changed with Three Dead Zed, a 2D puzzle-platformer from Gentleman Squid Studios. This well-designed title combines elements from Trine and Super Meat Boy to make for a fun and humourous experience.
Three Dead Zed is a great action platformer with just a few small problems.
GG3 receives some press releases from titles that chose this exact period of time to release on PC, right when there's a giant Steam Summer Sale event. That's why none have even made a blip in sales so far. Other games were a little craftier.
I'm not worried for Shovel Knight. It was an anticipated release. I bet it'll start selling gangbusters after the Steam sale's done.
I would think summer sales are a great time to release. It is when the Steam Store gets millions of people actively browsing the store every day, looking to spend some money....
