Xboxer360's Pete Cooper writes: As a general rule I am pensive of XBLA remakes and updates to retro titles I positively adored as a kid. Afterburner Climax was fun for all of 10 minutes while Jetpak Refueled left me somewhat deflated. So while I dived eagerly into Worms Ultimate Mayhem, I won’t deny it – I was worried.
For starters, the game is little more than a compilation of Worms 3D and Worms 4, both of which saw release on multiple platforms including the original Xbox. I was “lucky” enough to play both at the point of release (both Worms 3D and Worms 4 having received mediocre reviews at the time), which meant I was already prepped for what awaited me – games that remain completely unchanged from their original source material.
