Too bad I haven't been able to sign-in and access my account for the last 4 MONTHS. The PR website tech support is the absolute worst I've ever seen. And nobody at GameStop gives a rat's ass (and I work for them).
I work for the company as well and can definitely back that up 100%. We refer them to the website and know nothing beyond that. It irritates me because there's no way for me to be able to do any more without the company taking some initiative here and delivering on their products.
