The Gemini and Apollo missions of the 60's and 70's were astonishing, not only for their relative success but as outright technological achievements. This is trolling at its finest and not in a bad sense either. See, the developers installed this text-to-speech tool to help the alpha testers communicate until they got the VOIP functioning. Whatever you type into the chat bar, gets read aloud by a computer-like voice. The alpha testers enjoyed it so much that the developers decided to keep it.
