There are two many generic, gruff voices in gaming now. Every bald, generic space marine has one :(

Though, some of the voice acting on the list is great. David Hayter and Vin Diesil for example :)

The God of War characters don't sound like they're straining themselves.

If you have a great surround sound system like me then you'll feel Hades Bass throughout your entire house. It's so hypnotic & surreal. Check it out.

I haven't read the list because I don't give any of these sites hits but if hades isn't like # 1 or even there it's a failure of the highest order.

I must be one of the few people that likes Vin diesel's voice?
why? because he actually SPEAKS like that, he doesn't strain his voice like other voice actors.
some games insist on having a guy who sounds like Chris Tucker in real life do a deep "manly" voice and it comes off as head scratching hilarity.

Snakes voice isn't deep, it's just raspy and fake.
Chris's voice isn't either.

Take those out and throw in Lambert and Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell, those are natural deep bassists.
