First Pokemon Black/White scans and new details

Not only have the first scans of Pokemon Black/White been released, but there are also new details about the games.

interested too but seems like a slight upgrade. as long as they get rid of gay ass friend codes, it will be good. but knowing nintendo, we are still going to be forced to use friend codes and no battle match-making will be an utter failure.

loved red, but then meh....

call me close minded, but as a kid i remember the day i remembered all the names of the pokemons (so sad but i was young-ish)

then they added loads more...and more....and more...and i just never got to know them as well as the 1st set, so i couldn't get into the other games

it was just a phase i guess

but pokemon games are some of my fav strategy rpg's ever =) great games and a great franchise

Yeah, these new "3D" environments would've been really cool to have them debut on the 3DS. Shame, that isn't the case.

I'm loving the greater 3D look. And to be honest, I'm glad I don't have to buy ANOTHER system to play new pokemon games.

One thing though: the cartridges are going to be so boring! A black one, a white one, and, presuming the third title will be Pokemon Grey; A grey one! That's the color of the old gameboy cartridges. BORING!

I really hope that this game is pokewalker compatible.. and that they release a game for wii to transfer from platinum... they cant expect everyone to buy 2 ds's just to transfer from game to game..

it's a movie pokemon so no. It would make a little since though. The "Dark" side pokemon on black and the "Light" side of pokemon on white.

But I was hoping more animations on the pokemon while battling, like not just movement when we first encounter or see a pokemon for the first time, but animations making em look like they're breathing and just make em look alive while waiting for me to pick my next move. Or even when they use any move, different kinds of animations for them too. Most of the time it's been= 1. encounter pokemon 2.make animation 3. The end.

Jhotto was definately my favourite. and replaying heartgold and soul silver was a blast form the good old past... dont care too much for the new ones so i'm likely to skip this. good to see Ninty still doing pokemon though, they are fun games, but i've out grown them.

The new city graphics and the new camera view during battles are going to take some getting used to. Looks good though.

I really hope they bring back the ability to have your lead pokemon follow you from HG/SS, and make it a standard feature, as I really enjoy having my pokemon follow me around.

That being said..., 3D!!!!

that was a good feature, and it was cool to see each pkmn followed you. maybe they didn't want to spoil the new pkmn, or maybe they did get the starter yet.

or maybe have the option to have any pkmn follow you around, like under the pkmn menu, summary, switch, follow that would be cool. i'll be disappointed if it was taken out. they already have like...500 or so character models, be a shame if they all went to waste. just add then next 150 or whatever.

I remember pokemon from when it started it use to be the shyt people use to get robbed/killed over the cards lol. I remember having pokemon blue caught all 151 and then Gold. After that digimon became the shyt lol and gave up on pokemon but they were such good/fun games especially if you have someone to trade/battle against with. Not to mention the endless hours of gameplay of trying to catch them all.

Yup, like I thought during the announcement of the game itself, the font said it all. The art style is "edgier" than before, with more spikes and lightning bolts. Apparently, Nintendo thinks that the long-time Pokemon fan from the old days of Red and Blue just turned 13 and wants to be X-Treme!!

But seriously, the Pokemon team is tremendously talented, and I'll play just about anything by them. You know it'll be just as addictive as before.
