They get a game that's originally set to be DLC, and they say "no no, let's charge full price for it. It does, after all, have the name Halo on it."

And the gamers, of whom I am one, don't in any way feel slighted as evidenced by the preorders. That 360 base will truly buy anything.

I know Sony wants that market but I'm almost scared of what may happen if they get it. Will some Uncharted 2 ODST type of game be released and, if so, will they charge full price for it?

2 very dangerous precedents have been established this gen: Nintendo selling an underpowered system for 249.99 and making bukko bucks off of it and MS overcharging for any and everything. If this trend continues the next slew of consoles will be technically identically (for the most part) to this gen and we'll be paying out the you know what for functionality/DLC/ etc.

To be a little more positive it is an expansion pack to one of the best selling games out there and at the moment the only competition for MW2.

It expands the halo universe with a deeper story and does offer for the halo fans something to play between halo 3 and reach.

I'm regretting purchasing my ps3, and have begun buying more and more games for my 360. The amount of hate spurred by fanboys on this site is disgusting.

What's sad is many of the websites are now being over-run by extremely fanatic ps3 fanboys. Go to gametrailers and all ps3 exclusive games have a better score then anything multi-platform, and the 360 exclusives are extremely low. Even if the games evidently suck. Anyone who says anything bad about a ps3 game instantly gets commented down 20 or 30 points.

I am a loyal and happy PS3 owner, BUT...I have my 360 Elite now. Halo 3 is cool....so, I will buy ODST. (EXCEPT...WHEN IT 1ST COMES OUT.) I will look for it on Craigslist, or used in the store...when Modern Warfare 2 comes out. I know for a fact...it will be cheaper by then.

I do wish that the ODST were the same in the multiplayer as in the ODST campaign. (NEVER CARED MUCH FOR THE SPARTAN ARMOR)
